Sandra Acree, 18, was arrested in June for stealing merchandise from a liquor store, said Lt. James Janson.
A warrant was issued for her arrest after she failed to show up in court to answer the charges, he added.
Lloyd police picked her up on Wednesday, Sept. 20 and she was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Eugene Rizzo.
She is being held at the Ulster County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
